"Made By Joel" Blog Widget

made by joel blog feed widget Joel Henriques has started a blog showcasing those creative endeavors of his that might be considered to fall outside the "Joel is a painter and art is serious business" category. Here you will find one-of-a-kind stuffed animals and dolls, wooden toys, and even articles of clothing, all bearing the unmistakeable mark of Joel's unique visual style. In his own words:

"This is a blog for posting little side projects, usually a toy or craft for my kids. I thought it would be fun to have a place to share what I've been up to."

The "Made By Joel" blog widget provides a clean and simple way to keep up with Joel's latest posts. If you're on a Mac and enjoy looking at clever, beautiful and whimsical things, you should definitely add this widget to your collection.

Child's Sleep Cycle Calculator

sleep cycles widget Babies and toddlers usually sleep in forty to forty-five minute sleep cycles.  This widget is an easy way to calculate when your napping child may wake up.

To use, just enter the time your child's nap started and it will show you the times they will be entering their next sleep cycles. This tells you when you may need to be extra quiet so your child will go into the next cycle, or finish what you're working on because your child might wake up.

The default sleep cycle is set to forty-five minutes (which is most common), but you may enter in custom sleep cycle lengths as well.  If you have more than one sleeping baby you may use multiple widgets at once.

Enjoy!
